39 Application of Division
For the purposes of subitems 19(2) and 21(2) of Schedule 2 to the transitional Act, this Division prescribes modifications of the new law in relation to an assessment certificate for an industrial chemical that: (a) is taken to have been issued under the new law in accordance with item 19 of that Schedule; or (b) is issued under the new law in accordance with item 21 of that Schedule.
