34 Requests for further information under old law
(1) This section applies in relation to a notice given before 1 July 2020 under section 21SA of the old law requiring the applicant to give further information to the Director. (2) For the purposes of the new law, on and after 1 July 2020, the notice has effect as if it were a request for further information given by the Executive Director under section 33 of the new law.
