27 Requests for further information under old law

(1) This section applies in relation to a notice given before 1 July 2020 under section 21F of the old law requiring the applicant to give information to the Director. (2) For the purposes of the new law, on and after 1 July 2020: (a) the notice continues to have effect as if it were a request for further information given by the Executive Director under the new law; and (b) paragraph 63(3)(b) of the new law applies as if that paragraph also included a reference to further information provided in accordance with paragraph (a) of this subsection.
