22 Consideration of application
Section 54 of the new law applies in relation to the application as if: (a) the reference in subsection 54(2) to the day the application is made were instead a reference to 1 July 2020; and (b) the reference in paragraph 54(3)(d) to paragraphs 53(1)(a) and (b) were instead a reference only to paragraph 53(1)(a).
