21 Application of Division
For the purposes of subitem 18(2) of Schedule 2 to the transitional Act, this Division prescribes modifications of the new law in relation to: (a) a pending application for a commercial evaluation permit relating to an industrial chemical that is made under the old law; and (b) a commercial evaluation authorisation for an industrial chemical that is issued under the new law following such an application.
