22 The Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2021 s. 7(4), 24(1) and 75(2) were deleted when s. 5(2) of that Act came into operation. See s. 7(5), 24(2) and 75(3) of that Act.
23 The Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2022 the Table to s. 424 it. 22 amendment to s. 51Q(4) will not come into operation because the section it sought to amend was replaced by the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2021 s. 31.
