7 ISSP grant amounts

(1) Subject to subsection (3), the amount of an ISSP grant to be paid to an eligible higher education provider in a grant year will be an amount that is: (a) determined before the start of the grant year in accordance with the method in Schedule 1 of these Guidelines; and (b) adjusted after the last business day in April of the grant year in accordance with the method in Schedule 1 of these Guidelines. (2) An administering officer must give the notices specified in column 2 of the table in writing to an eligible higher education provider by the date, or in the timeframe, specified in column 3 of the table.
