35 Conflicts of interest
A higher education provider that receives an ISSP grant must: (a) maintain a framework for identifying all potential and actual conflicts of interest arising from the provider’s use of the grant; and (b) take all reasonably practicable actions to ensure that all potential and actual conflicts of interest are avoided or prudently managed; and (c) keep a conflict of interest register that includes the action taken to manage a conflict and the outcome of that action; and (d) if requested by an administering officer, provide a copy of the register required by paragraph (c) of this section to the officer within 10 business days of the receipt of the request.
