26 Termination of Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarships
(1) A higher education provider must terminate an Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarship if the scholarship recipient ceases to be enrolled in a course of study with the provider. (2) A higher education provider may terminate an Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarship if the scholarship recipient fails to comply with a condition of the scholarship.
