18 Access to premises and records
(1) An administering officer may, in writing, request access to the premises or records of a higher education provider for the purpose of determining whether the provider is using an ISSP grant in accordance with the Act and the Guidelines. (2) A higher education provider must not unreasonably withhold consent to a request under subsection (1). (3) A higher education provider that receives a request under subsection (1) must provide the administering officer with such assistance as is necessary and reasonable for determining whether the provider is using an ISSP grant in accordance with the Act and the Guidelines.
