#### 24FD Establishment and function of Utilities Licence Auditing Advisory Committee 24FD Establishment and function of Utilities Licence Auditing Advisory Committee > > (1) There is established by this Act a Utilities Licence Auditing Advisory Committee. > > > (2) The function of the Advisory Committee is to furnish advice to the Tribunal on the scope and methodology of audits being or to be conducted under the licence auditing functions of the Tribunal. > > > (3) The advice is to be furnished at the request of, and in the manner and form determined by, the Tribunal. > > > (4) The Tribunal is to consider but is not bound by any of the advice of the Advisory Committee furnished to the Tribunal. > > > (5) The Advisory Committee is not subject to the control or direction of the Tribunal in respect of the contents of any advice of the Advisory Committee furnished to the Tribunal. > > **ss 24FD–24FF:** Ins 2000 No 60, Sch 1.1 \[1\].
