34 Secretary must give information to the Authority

(1) The Secretary must give the Authority such information and documents as the Authority reasonably requires for the performance of the Authority’s functions. (2) The information mentioned in subsection (1) may include personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988). (3) A document mentioned in subsection (1) may contain personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988).

Note: This section constitutes an authorisation for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988 and other laws.
