17B Independence of Independent National Security Legislation Monitor
Subject to this Act and any other Act, the Independent National Security Legislation Monitor: (a) has complete discretion in performing or exercising the Monitor’s functions or powers; and (b) is not subject to direction from anyone when doing so.
