#### 41 Applications under an excluded State or Territory law in progress at the reform commencement (1) This section applies to a proceeding in relation to a contract for services that was commenced before the reform commencement under a law of a State or Territory that makes provision as mentioned in paragraph 7(1)(c) if the proceeding (including any appeal) was not finally determined before the reform commencement. (2) The exclusion provisions do not apply in relation to the law of the State or Territory (including any law relating to appeals) to the extent that it relates to the proceeding (including any appeal).
