#### 22 Gifts or hospitality that may be accepted 22 Gifts or hospitality that may be accepted > > (1) Gifts of a token kind and reasonable acts of hospitality may be accepted by the Minister and need not be disclosed under this Part. > > > (2) In deciding whether to accept such gifts or hospitality, Ministers must satisfy themselves that doing so will not give rise to a conflict of interest. > > > (3) If the hospitality has a market value of more than $500, the Minister must promptly disclose in writing the receipt of the hospitality to the Secretary of the Cabinet Office.
