#### 19 Definition of “public authority” 19 Definition of “public authority” > For the purposes of paragraph (g) of the definition of public authority in section 3 (1) of the Act the following are declared to be a body within that definition— > > > (a) each affiliated health organisation and statutory health corporation, > > > (b) each reserve trust established under the [Crown Lands Act 1989](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1989-006) in relation to a reserve or part of a reserve that is dedicated or reserved for the purposes of a public cemetery or crematorium or a related purpose.
