#### 15 Statutory declarations 15 Statutory declarations > A statutory declaration that, by or under this Regulation, is required to be made by a company or partnership engaged or to be engaged under section 104B of the Act must be made on behalf of the company or partnership by such of the directors or employees of the company, or by such of the partners in or employees of the partnership, as the Chief Commissioner may direct.
