sec.8 Preparation and registration of plan of survey
The chief executive must ensure a plan of survey creating 1 lot for the shopping centre land and 1 lot for the excluded land is prepared as soon as practicable after the commencement. The plan of survey must generally correspond with the plan in schedule 1 . The chief executive must ensure the plan of survey is registered under the Land Act 1994 . No fee is payable for registering the plan of survey under the Land Act 1994 .
