sec.6 Permanent closure of road
This section applies to the parts of the shopping centre land and the excluded land that are, immediately before the commencement, dedicated as a road for public use. On the commencement— the road is permanently closed; and the land becomes unallocated State land. Subsection (2) (a) applies despite the Land Act 1994 , chapter 3 , part 2 , division 2 . (sec.6-ssec.1) This section applies to the parts of the shopping centre land and the excluded land that are, immediately before the commencement, dedicated as a road for public use. (sec.6-ssec.2) On the commencement— the road is permanently closed; and the land becomes unallocated State land. (sec.6-ssec.3) Subsection (2) (a) applies despite the Land Act 1994 , chapter 3 , part 2 , division 2 .
