sec.29 Notice of change of ownership of transfer lot

The Land Valuation Act 2010 , section 245 , does not apply in relation to the acquisition by the first owner, or the disposal by the State, of a transfer lot. As soon as practicable after receiving the relevant information from the first owner, the chief executive must give the information to the valuer-general. In this section— relevant information means information in, or to the effect of, the approved form for the Land Valuation Act 2010 , section 245 . s 29 amd 2010 No. 39 s 325 sch 1 pt 2 (sec.29-ssec.1) The Land Valuation Act 2010 , section 245 , does not apply in relation to the acquisition by the first owner, or the disposal by the State, of a transfer lot.
