sec.28 Provision for survey plan if particular access easement created
This section applies if the Land Title Act , section 83 (2) , would, if subsection (2) did not apply, require a plan of survey prepared for this Act to be approved by the Brisbane City Council. The Brisbane City Council is taken to have approved the plan of survey.
