sec.27 Accepted development
This section applies if development under this Act would, other than for subsection (2) , be prohibited development or assessable development under the Planning Act 2016 . The development is taken to be accepted development for the Planning Act 2016 . In this section— development see the Planning Act 2016 , schedule 2 . s 27 amd 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2 sub 2016 No. 27 s 267 (sec.27-ssec.1) This section applies if development under this Act would, other than for subsection (2) , be prohibited development or assessable development under the Planning Act 2016 .
