The chief executive must ensure the first community management statements for the proposed community titles schemes are lodged for recording under the Land Title Act . For the BCCM Act , section 60 , the Brisbane City Council is taken to have endorsed the community management statements with community management statement notations. In this section— proposed community titles schemes means the community titles schemes mentioned in section 9 (1) (a) and (b) .
