These Regulations are the Import Processing Charges Regulations 2006.

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on 10 May 2006.

3 Definitions

In these Regulations:

Act means the Import Processing Charges Act 2001.

4 Import processing charges

For a provision of the Act specified in an item of the table, the prescribed amount of import declaration processing charge or warehouse declaration processing charge is the amount specified in the item.
