85 Delegation by Secretary
(1) The Secretary may, in writing, delegate the Secretary’s powers and functions under this Act to an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department. (2) A person exercising powers or functions under a delegation under subsection (1) must comply with any directions of the Secretary.
