6 Prescribed government authorities
For the purposes of paragraph 9(1)(d) of the Act, each of the following is a prescribed government authority: (a) the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission; (b) the Australian Secret Intelligence Service; (c) the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation; (d) the National Anti‑Corruption Commission; (e) the Office of National Intelligence.
