31 Exercising powers, or performing functions or duties, as an entrusted person
An entrusted person may make a record of, disclose or access protected information if the record is made, or the information is disclosed or accessed: (a) for the purposes of this Act; or (b) in the course of exercising powers, or performing functions or duties, relating wholly or partly to an approved identity verification facility.
