36 Payments out of Fund
Money may be paid out of the Fund—
(a) to meet expenses for the Secretary’s functions under this Act,
(b) to meet expenses in relation to the administration of the Fund and this Act,
(c) to meet expenses incurred by a NSW Government agency in assisting the Secretary in the exercise of an identity protection function,
(d) for payments authorised or required under another Act or law consistent with the objects of this Act.
