22 Disclosure to impacted individuals
(1) The Secretary must, as soon as reasonably practicable, disclose to an individual when the individual’s identity document has been recorded on the compromised ID register.
(2) The Secretary may disclose information on the compromised ID register to an individual to whom the information relates at any time.
