Until all of the first elections required by this Division are held, the members of the Board are to be the persons holding office as trustees for the purposes of the Hunters Hill Congregational Church Act 1977 immediately before its repeal by this Act (being the persons in whom, immediately before the date of assent to this Act, property was vested in trust for the Church).
