25 Plumbing and drainage work must comply with Plumbing Code of Australia
A person must not do plumbing or drainage work except in accordance with the Plumbing Code of Australia.
Maximum penalty—
(a) for an individual—100 penalty units, or
(b) otherwise—200 penalty units.
