#### 66 Provisions relating to subsidiaries 66 Provisions relating to subsidiaries > Schedule 7 to the [State Owned Corporations Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-134) is, as regards Hunter Water Corporation, taken to be altered by omitting clause 3 (8) and by inserting instead the following subclause— > > > > (8) Shares may not be issued except with the prior written approval of the voting shareholders of the State owned corporation, and shares held by eligible Ministers or by or on behalf of the State owned corporation may not be transferred except with such prior written approval or by the Premier under subclause (4). > > **s 66:** Subst 1998 No 145, Sch 4 \[10\].
