#### 31 Offence to discharge into works 31 Offence to discharge into works > > (1) A person must not discharge any substance into a work owned by the Corporation except with the written agreement of the Corporation. > > > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units (or 200 penalty units in the case of a corporation). > > > (2) This section does not apply to the use of a work by a person in accordance with a customer contract or other contract between the Corporation and a customer.
