68 Inspection of records relating to emergency registrations
(1) An inspection under section 67(1)(a) may consist of IBAC inspecting the records of—
(a) all human sources registered on an emergency registration; or
(b) a sample of human sources registered on an emergency registration, as selected by IBAC.
(3) For each human source whose records were selected for inspection under subsection (1), IBAC must assess whether the decisions made by the Chief Commissioner and any other member of Victoria Police personnel with respect to the human source—
(4) This section does not limit IBAC's powers of entry and inspection under section 67.
