53 Public Interest Monitor to be given reasonable assistance

(1) The Chief Commissioner must give the Public Interest Monitor any assistance that the Public Interest Monitor reasonably requires to enable the Public Interest Monitor to perform functions under this Act.

(2) The Chief Commissioner must ensure that any other member of Victoria Police personnel gives the Public Interest Monitor any assistance that the Public Interest Monitor reasonably requires to enable the Public Interest Monitor to perform functions under this Act.
