8RAUse of information

#### 8RA Use of information Scope (1) This section applies to information that is: (a) given in accordance with a notice under section 8P; or (b) contained in a document produced in accordance with a notice under section 8P. Use of information (2) The information may be used or disclosed for purposes in connection with: (a) the exercise of a power under section 124F of the Health Insurance Act 1973; or (b) the exercise of a power under section 124FF of the Health Insurance Act 1973; or (c) the exercise of a power under section 133 of the National Health Act 1953. (3) Subsection (2) does not, by implication, limit the purposes for which the information may otherwise be used or disclosed.
