#### 8A Chief Executive Centrelink’s service delivery functions The Chief Executive Centrelink’s service delivery functions are as follows: (a) to provide services, benefits, programs or facilities that are provided for by the Commonwealth for a purpose for which the Parliament has the power to make laws; (b) to provide services, benefits, programs or facilities that are provided for by a person other than the Commonwealth for a purpose for which the Parliament has the power to make laws.
