94R Exchange of information
The commission may exchange information with an entity
responsible for administering or upholding a corresponding law about
(a) a health care worker’s compliance with the code of conduct or a
corresponding law;
(b) action taken in relation to a health care worker for acting
inconsistently with the code of conduct or a corresponding law.
