94O Non-compliance with prohibition or condition order
A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person is a health care worker; and
(b) a prohibition or condition order has been made in relation to the
person; and
(c) the person has been given a copy of the prohibition or condition
order; and
(d) the person contravenes the order.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 12 months,
or both.
