94K Correction of public statement
(1) This section applies if the commission becomes aware a public
statement is incorrect in a material way.
(2) The commission must make a statement setting out the correct
information or withdraw the public statement.
Note If a statement is changed or withdrawn, the commission must set out the
reason for the change or withdrawal in the same form as the statement
was made (see s 94I (6)).
