93 Complaints referred to veterinary practitioners board If a relevant board receives a complaint in relation to a registered health practitioner or veterinary practitioner from the commission, the board must tell the commission, in writing— (a) whether or not the board intends to take action in relation to the health practitioner or veterinary practitioner; and (b) if the board intends to take action in relation to the health practitioner or veterinary practitioner—what action it proposes to take. Note The Veterinary Practice Act 2018, pt 5 provides for joint consideration of complaints or occupational discipline matters for veterinary practitioners.
