92 Referral of complaints to boards
(a) the commission receives a complaint about a registered health
practitioner or veterinary practitioner; or
(b) as part of a complaint about a service—the commission
considers the behaviour of a registered health practitioner or
veterinary practitioner.
Division 5.2 Relationship between commission, health profession boards and
(2) The commission must give the relevant board a copy of—
(a) the complaint; and
(b) all documents it has or gets relating to the complaint.
(3) To remove any doubt, the referral of a complaint to a board does not
prevent the commission from considering the complaint.
