87 Reporting to Minister
(1) The commission may, on its own initiative, give the Minister a written
report about any matter of public importance related to the
commission, the commission’s functions or a matter that may be
complained about under this Act.
Note The Minister may direct the commission to report under s 17.
(2) If the commission gives the Minister a report mentioned in
subsection (1) or a third-party report, the Minister must present the
report to the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the day
the Minister receives the report.
