57 Parties to conciliation
(1) The parties to the conciliation are the complainant and the respondent.
(2) The commission may allow other people to attend the conciliation if
the commission considers that their attendance will help the
conciliation.
(3) However, neither the complainant nor the respondent may be
represented by anyone else in the conciliation unless the commission
is satisfied that the representation is likely to help the conciliation
substantially.
