53A Referral of discrimination complaints other than commission-initiated discrimination matters (i) a complainant is given a discrimination referral statement under section 45 (3) (d); or (ii) a statement under section 82 (1) is included in a final report in relation to a complaint; and (b) within 60 days after the statement is given, the complainant requires the commission to refer the complaint to the ACAT. (b) tell the complainant and the respondent in writing about the complaint does not include a commission-initiated discrimination matter.
