53A Referral of discrimination complaints other than
commission-initiated discrimination matters
(i) a complainant is given a discrimination referral statement
under section 45 (3) (d); or
(ii) a statement under section 82 (1) is included in a final report
in relation to a complaint; and
(b) within 60 days after the statement is given, the complainant
requires the commission to refer the complaint to the ACAT.
