100A Protection of others from liability
(1) Civil or criminal liability is not incurred only because of any of the
following done honestly and without recklessness:
(a) the making or amendment of a complaint;
(b) the making of a statement, or the giving of a document or
information, as required or permitted under a territory law, to a
commissioner or a member of staff of the commission.
(2) Also, any information, given honestly and without recklessness, to a
commissioner or a member of staff of the commission is not—
(a) a breach of confidence; or
(b) a breach of professional etiquette or ethics; or
(c) a breach of a rule of professional conduct.
