100AProtection of others from liability

100A Protection of others from liability (1) Civil or criminal liability is not incurred only because of any of the following done honestly and without recklessness: (a) the making or amendment of a complaint; (b) the making of a statement, or the giving of a document or information, as required or permitted under a territory law, to a commissioner or a member of staff of the commission. (2) Also, any information, given honestly and without recklessness, to a commissioner or a member of staff of the commission is not— (a) a breach of confidence; or (b) a breach of professional etiquette or ethics; or (c) a breach of a rule of professional conduct.
