sec.58 Deferral of obligation to implement new policies

The requirement under section 14 of this regulation to implement the Social Housing Eligibility Criteria and Social Housing Allocations Policy does not apply until 14 September 2026. Despite its expiry, section 14 of the expired regulation continues to apply from the commencement until 14 September 2026 to a funded provider that receives funding to provide a social housing service.
