sec.53 End of transitional period— Act , s 156
For section 156 of the Act , definition transitional period , paragraph (b) (i) , the day prescribed is— for an accommodation provider that is a relevant entity—30 June 2019; or for any other accommodation provider—31 December 2018. In this section— relevant entity means— ABIS Community Co-Operative Society Limited ABN 57 050 218 568; or Aboriginal Corporation for Malanbarra Midja Housing & Welfare ABN 56 681 553 317; or Camu Community Co-Operative Society Ltd ABN 86 464 271 448; or Gladstone Aboriginal & Islanders Co-operative Society Ltd ABN 90 298 378 833; or Gungarde Community Centre Aboriginal Corporation ABN 45 180 964 190; or The Hinchinbrook Aboriginal & Islander Housing Co-Operative Society Ltd ABN 56 284 560 043; or an indigenous local government; or Kabi Kabi Aboriginal Corporation ABN 76 721 521 447; or Longreach Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders Corporation for Housing and Business ABN 53 873 216 837; or Maryborough Aboriginal Corporation for Housing & Cultural Development ABN 50 649 697 383; or Ngoonbi Community Services Indigenous Corporation ABN 40 047 335 486; or S.P.K.
