sec.18 Information about funded properties
This section applies to a funded provider that receives funding to provide a social housing service. The chief executive may require the funded provider, within the period stated by the chief executive, to give the chief executive information, in the approved form, about each funded property for the service. If the information given to the chief executive changes, the funded provider must give details of the change, in the approved form, to the chief executive as soon as practicable. (sec.18-ssec.1) This section applies to a funded provider that receives funding to provide a social housing service. (sec.18-ssec.2) The chief executive may require the funded provider, within the period stated by the chief executive, to give the chief executive information, in the approved form, about each funded property for the service.
