sec.15 Applications for social housing services
A funded provider may accept an application from a person for a social housing service only if the application is in the approved form. Unless the funded provider is an approved funded provider, the funded provider must, as soon as practicable, give the application to— the chief executive; or an approved funded provider. In this section— approved funded provider means a funded provider the chief executive approves to receive an application for a social housing service. (sec.15-ssec.1) A funded provider may accept an application from a person for a social housing service only if the application is in the approved form. (sec.15-ssec.2) Unless the funded provider is an approved funded provider, the funded provider must, as soon as practicable, give the application to— the chief executive; or an approved funded provider. (sec.15-ssec.3) In this section— approved funded provider means a funded provider the chief executive approves to receive an application for a social housing service.
- (a) the chief executive; or
- (b) an approved funded provider.
